A large, rundown character home on a tight corner. It was given new life with colour and whimsy. Despite being completely rebuilt the home retains its overall form and formal interior layout. The historic character is playfully balanced with bold splashes of colour, expertly place by PlaidFox, the interior designer. This renovation was a feature cover story on Canadian House and Home magazine, and selected as contender for Home of the Year.
