Creating the first restaurant for Pallet Coffee Roasters inside the Ceperley Rounsfell Building (a Class A Historic Building) was a chance to respectfully showcase the historic building’s features and spectacular skylight roof. The mezzanine overlooking both sides of the double-height space was utilized for seating while keeping the service areas carefully hidden, so the coffee and liquor bar takes center stage for business lunch and weekend brunch patrons.
