A new build home on a pie-shape cul-de-sac property with spectacular west facing views to the Rocky Mountains. The house was tucked close to the front of the lot to provide a spacious backyard from the walk-out basement. The home is organized along two axises, focused on the views, with the dining room connecting the two angles. The owners were intimately involved with every detail of the design, alongside Frank Architecture who detailed the interior design.
