A simple Heritage House with a colourful past was redeveloped with a formal Heritage Revitalization Agreement negotiated with the City. The home’s restoration includes a side addition with roof deck and basement rental suite. The backyard was subdivided to become a separate property with a side-by-side duplex. Adding a variety of housing types to this single family lot helps strength the diversity of this East Vancouver neighbourhood. Interior Design thoughtfully exacted by Skladan Design Studio.
