Waterloo Side-by-Side Duplex

This new build duplex took advantage of the 50' wide lot on Vancouver's West Side, with a side-by-side layout.  The design of the home is both modern and traditional, right at home on this tree lined street full of century-old craftsman homes.  The project was a collaboration with architect was Eric Stine.
