As a new addition to Vancouver’s Railtown district, the Pallet Coffee Roaster’s new flagship roasting facility and test cafe got a heavy timber and concrete construction to accomplish the goal of creating an ‘urban oasis’. The historic character was maintained to complement the design and industry feel of the neighborhood while upgrading the code compliance.
